my train of thought was: After my first track day, "this is so much fun, better look into getting better brakes". Wow, I could buy stoptechs and a set of 17 inch wheels and tires, and see if I like tracking my car. OR, I could spend $500 and go from there. If I really dug it, I could then get 17 track wheels, and still be able to run my stock wheels on the street. For me, it just wasn't worth it to drop all the coin on a hobby that I had only done once. And go figure, after 3 track days, I bought an entire car, cheaper than front brakes for the Z. Oh, it runs the same size wheels/tires front/back, so I CAN rotate them. OH, it came with an extra set of brand new tires, mounted on extra wheels. :)
